What countries does Ami Colé ship to?

We currently ship to the United States and the U.S. Territories of the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and internationally to Canada. We’re excited to expand more internationally in the future!

Please note that shipping to Canada is for delivery duty paid, Standard shipping is approximately 10-18 business days while Express is approximately 5-6 business days. No additional duties or taxes will be charged other than those incurred at checkout. Shipping costs are reflected in USD only.

At this time, Free Shipping is not available internationally.

When will my order ship?

Orders take approximately 24 business hours to ship from our warehouse and should arrive in 4-7 business days. You may experience longer arrival times (up to 14 days) in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. How do I check the status of my order?

You’ve got options! You’ll receive an order confirmation when you place your order and a shipping confirmation once the order has been shipped. You can also check the status of your order on your Account page and you can always download the Shop (by Shopify) app to track your order in real time.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please reach out to us within 1 hour at hello@amicole.com. After this 1-hour window, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of product receipt with the exception of "merch" items, which is final sale. To start a return, please reach out to us at hello@amicole.com.

Where is my refund? 

Refunds take 1-2 business days to process. Your refund should appear on your bank or credit card statement within 5-10 days depending on your bank.

How long will it take to receive a response from the Ami Colé Customer Experience team after I reach out?

Our small but mighty (!) Customer Experience team will respond to inquiries within 48 hours, and operates Monday through Friday from 10AM-5PM EST.

What is auto-delivery?

Ami Colé auto-delivery program is the most convenient way for you to get the Ami Colé products you want delivered on your schedule. We automatically send your selected products based upon your chosen shipment frequency.

How do I sign-up for auto-delivery?

Signing-up is easy! From the product page or while reviewing items in your shopping cart, simply select the Auto-Delivery option for your desired product, select your preferred shipment frequency and then check out as normal.

Please note that to subscribe to Auto-Delivery you will need an AmiCole.com account.

What will happen after I join auto-delivery?

After you join auto-delivery, you will receive an email confirming your auto-delivery status and order. This email will include a link to access the ‘Auto-Delivery’ section in your account where you can manage your future orders, auto-delivery items, and account information.

You will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. We will send an email reminder 10 days before each auto-delivery order. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your auto-delivery account, such as if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your replenishment, and/or confirmation when an order is placed successfully.

How do I make changes, skip, or cancel my auto-delivery order?

You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency, or cancel an auto-delivery by visiting the ‘Auto-Delivery’ section in your account.

How do I view my future deliveries?

Your next scheduled orders will be listed in the ‘Auto-Delivery’ section of ‘My Account’.

What types of payments are accepted for auto-delivery?

All auto-delivery orders require a credit or debit card payment. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, are not applicable.

How do pre-orders work?

If you place an order with only pre-order items, you will be charged at checkout and your order will ship once the items are available. If you place an order with in-stock and pre-order items, you will be charged the full amount at checkout; your in-stock items will ship according to standard timelines and your pre-order items will ship once they are available.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available on orders above $60, after discounts and before taxes.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as you place your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Ami Colé accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Paypayl and ShopPay.

Can I remove a saved payment method?

Yes. You can edit or remove a payment method from your Account page.

What should I do if my payment is declined?

First, double-check that you’ve entered your payment information correctly and that your credit or debit card is not expired. If you’re still having trouble, contact us at hello@amicole.com.
