What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of product receipt with the exception of "merch" items, which is final sale. To start a return, please reach out to us at hello@amicole.com.

Please note we are unable to refund shipping costs in the event of a return.

Where is my refund?

Refunds take 1-2 business days to process. Your refund should appear on your bank or credit card statement within 5-10 days depending on your bank.

What if my product is damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 6 months and we'll help you find a solution! We are not responsible for products that become damaged after the 6-month window.
