What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of product receipt with the exception of "merch" items, which is final sale. To start a return, please reach out to us at hello@amicole.com.

Please note we are unable to refund shipping costs in the event of a return.

We are sadly unable to assist with orders placed through other retailers.

Where is my refund?

Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to process. Your refund should appear on your bank or credit card statement within 5-10 days depending on your bank. If you don't see it in this time, please reach out to us at hello@amicole.com.
